Privacy Policy
Helix® is highly sensitive to the privacy interests of consumers and
believes that the protection of those interests is one of its most
significant responsibilities. In acknowledgement of its obligations,
Helix® has adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to information
about consumers that it acquires in the course of its business:
I. Information we collect: individual internet consumers
When you place an order with Helix®, you will be asked to provide your
name, address, zip code, email address and billing information. This
information is used to process your order and we cannot do so without
it. We will never request or collect data regarding medical/health
conditions; racial or ethnic origin; political, religious or
philosophical beliefs or affiliations; trade union membership or sex
life.
II. Information sharing
We train all of our employees about the importance of privacy. We give
access to information about consumers only to those employees who
require it to perform their jobs. Helix® uses third party vendors (e.g.,
credit card processors) to help us operate our business and/or
administer activities on our behalf, or as necessary to process
transactions and provide our services. We may share your information
with these third parties for those limited purposes. Any third-party
vendor so used has agreed to protect the confidentiality of information
provided by Helix®.
III. Security
Helix® employs industry standard security measures to ensure the security
of all data. Any data we collect is treated as proprietary and
confidential and is not available to the public. Sensitive information
such as passwords and financial data are encrypted. No transmission of
data over the Internet is guaranteed to be completely secure. It may be
possible for third parties not under the control of Helix® to intercept
or access transmissions or private communications unlawfully. While we
strive to protect your PII, Helix® cannot ensure or warrant the security
of any information you transmit to us. You acknowledge and assume this
risk when communicating with us.

Shipping Policies
How soon will my order be processed?
Your order will be processed and item(s) typically shipped within 48
hours after cleared payment.
How will you ship my order?
United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail with Delivery
Confirmation within the U.S.
How long before I receive my order?
Typical delivery time is as follows:
Continental U.S.: 5 - 7 business days after day of shipping
Hawaii and Alaska: Add 1 extra business day to Continental U.S. shipping
estimate.
If shipped by Priority mail in the US: 3 to 4 business days after day of
shipping.
International shipping (including Canada): 7 - 10 business days after
day of mailing/shipping (may take up to 21 business days due to customs
delay. This is beyond our control.)
